2. Log in with your order number and e-mail address,
   write the product that was incorrectly sent to you by us in the form

3. Write "I would like to request an exchange (for the same item)" as well

4. Click on "YES" to receive the wrong product

5. YOU WILL THEN RECEIVE ALL IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM SUPPORT BY E-MAIL.
